You know what this weekend is? It's JOYRIDE!
Erik Fedko launches it, gift-wraps it, and delivers it to another postal code on last years event.

Video of the Day
Peter Kaiser just dropped the ultimate two-for-one deal.
One second he’s carving jump lines like a caffeinated snowboarder, the next he’s threading alpine gnar like it owes him money.
Somewhere between MX and EX, this bike might actually be his alter ego.
It’s not quiver-killer, it's quiver-absorber.

Bonus: Vaea’s debut is equal parts wild, calculated, and downright cinematic.
Which is fitting, because Laurent Bilodeau filmed it like an action movie.
The gnar is alive and well folks.

Is This the World Cup Race Average Riders Could Actually Win?
We checked out recent clips from the 2025 WES UCI E-Mountain Bike Cross-Country World Cup, this isn’t your local pedal-up, cruise-down ride.
These are technical, punchy circuits (2–6 km loops repeated multiple times, totaling 20–30 km with 1,000–1,400 m of climbing) that demand elite bike skills and strategic power usage.

The field is stacked with top-tier talent, think Jérôme Gilloux and Anna Spielmann dominating in past seasons, plus reigning champions like Sofia Wiedenroth and Nathalie Schneitter in the mix.
These riders aren’t just athletic, they’ve evolved with the tech and tactics over multiple e-MTB seasons.
Could an “average” rider sneak a win?
Unlikely, unless “average” means a secret pro-plus with gnarly fitness and e-bike edge.

These races reward finesse, pacing, and top-end power, not weekend warrior grit.
Now imagine a “Legends Class”: John Tomac, Tinker Juarez, Ned Overend, Hans Rey, Thomas Frischknecht, renegade pioneers of the sport, dropping into this mix.

Throw in moto icons like Ricky Carmichael or Jeremy McGrath for showmanship and chaos.
It’d be wild, and likely catastrophic… but epic.
And yes, if Nino Schurter ever opts into e-MTB World Cup races, he’d be a one-man demolition crew: swift, clinical, and relentless.

Trail of the Day
B Line Mountain Biking Trail - Draper, Utah | Trailforks

Start pedaling — no, harder.
Those berms at the top aren’t here for sightseeing; they’re here to set you up for the tabletop sprint of your life.
Drop in, pump, and fight the urge to brake because that’ll only make the case worse.
The next two tables don’t forgive mistakes, they just make them more public.
Ride it clean and you’ll feel like a hero; mess it up and you’ll be an unplanned trail feature.
