1136 words of pure stoke.

Edition 400. WOW!
Hard to believe we’re typing those numbers.
That’s 400 days of sifting through every piece of MTB content the internet could throw at us.
Every video. Every story. Every crash reel, trail edit, and sketchy line.
400 mornings of caffeine-fueled chaos writing, re-writing, adding corny jokes, and bringing you this newsletter.
If you’ve been here since day one, thank you. Seriously.
If you’re new, welcome to the party.
We do this because we love it, but if you can, we invite you to support The Send It Daily.
It helps keep the stoke alive and the wheels turning.
We hope you all enjoy Edition 400!

Photo of the Day
Now that’s an angle you don’t see every day…
Pretty sure Dom’s heart rate hit “espresso shot to the chest” when Kilian flew overhead.

Video of the Day
Sam Hodgson builds trails like a mad scientist and rides them like a bat out of hell.
Volcom saw the vision, and then handed him the keys to the lab.
The result? A beautifully sketchy video with more soul than safety.

Bonus: This isn’t just another ride video, it’s a call to arms in full face.
Lefthand Canyon isn’t going down without a fight, and neither are we.
Support the cause or prepare to explain to future generations why all we left them was pavement.
⏰ Watch time - 0 min 57 sec
Bonus on Bonus: Four wins deep and at this point, the World Cup’s less a race and more the Jackson Goldstone Invitational.
No mercy, no challengers, just the rest of the field lining up to get steamrolled by the crown-wearing 20 year old kid.

Flat Out Days 2025: Bigger Jumps, Wilder Lines, and a Freeride Comeback for the Ages

Once upon a time in Slovenia, four friends built a jump, threw down some whips, and accidentally started a movement.
Flash forward to 2025, and that modest whip-off has mutated into one of the most anticipated freeride festivals in Europe.
After a two-year hiatus, Flat Out Days is roaring back to life, and this time, it’s rewriting the playbook from an all-new launchpad: Bike Park Kope.
From “Slovenian Whip-Off Champs” to Global Freeride Chaos

This story started in 2017 with a single jump and 18 riders.
By 2019, Flat Out Days was pulling in thousands of visitors, Red Bull partnerships, and a who’s-who of European freeriders.
It was about style, amplitude, and the kind of trail madness you only see when someone forgets what a safe landing looks like.
Flat Out Days became more than an event, it became a vibe.
Big lines. Late nights. Bunny hop battles.
Then, in 2023 and 2024, the Big Line at Kočevje, once the heart of the show, got bulldozed due to legal issues.
No jump line, no party. But instead of folding, the crew went hunting for new dirt.
And they found gold.
Enter Bike Park Kope: Bigger Mountain, Bigger Dreams
Welcome to Kope, the new freeride mecca in Slovenia’s Pohorje Mountains.
If Kočevje was rowdy, Kope is feral.
This place is a dirt-sculpting dream, with massive elevation, perfect slope, and Batt Crew’s army of diggers unleashing absolute madness across five upgraded zones.
Let’s talk numbers:
- 2 jumps on the run-in
- 5 MASSIVE kickers on the line
- More flow, more whip zones, more chances to overshoot your life decisions
Lead builder Jan Perše calls the first booter a “game-changer.”
Translation: riders are about to get airborne enough to need oxygen masks.
The terrain is so good they’re already planning for 2026 expansion.
Batt Crew’s Dirt Symphony

PC: Fest Series
From buttery flow trails to hammer-time whip-offs, every line is built to make both rookies and pros question their braking habits.

PC: Fest Series
But don’t get it twisted, the Batt Crew’s mission is max fun, max safety.

PC: Fest Series
Jan and the team are syncing up across the mountain, shaping each section by hand, and weaving raw freeride energy into the landscape.
It’s part trail building, part wizardry, and all stoke.
What to Expect at Flat Out Days 2025:
- 🚲 Invited riders throwing down on Fest-worthy features
- 🛠 Brand new jump line with seven huge hits
- 🌲 Hand-shaped flow and natural tech lines
- 🧘 Morning yoga for balance (and hangovers)
- 🍻 Evening chaos: music, beer, and air time therapy
- 🌍 BeGreen sustainability vibes: cans only, plastic banned, recycling everywhere
- 🧒 Kids sessions, whip-offs, and good vibes for all ages
Whether you’re hucking or heckling, this is where freeride lives in 2025.
Final Countdown: July 14–20, 2025

Circle the date. Cancel everything.
Book your flight, pack your full face, and pray to the suspension gods, because Flat Out Days 2025 is shaping up to be the rowdiest return freeride has seen in years.
It’s Flat Out Days.
And it’s going to blow minds and break handlebars.

You’ll come for the send, stay for the oh-my-god-did-you-see-that.
Best enjoyed with friends who talk big and crash hard.
