Special Announcement

Edition 1 - The Send It Daily

Yesterday was one for the books. Literally.

The very first print edition of The Send It Daily rolled hot off the press and yes, we got a little emotional.

Even better? We hand-packed every single one with love (and a couple chain grease smudges), slapped on the stamps, and sent ’em flying through the mail.

If you’re holding Edition No. 1 in your hands over the next few days (you know who you are) THANK YOU. You’re part of history.

Wanna get in on the action? Support The Send It Daily and we’ll get a fresh copy headed your way in 24 hours.

Let’s gooo 📰🔥

This is what happens when you build a launch ramp that looks like a medieval drawbridge and give it to a Frenchman with too much speed.

Video of the Day

MUST WATCH: This will get your heart rate going.

Some moments in MTB history get remembered.

Others get etched into the bedrock, and this drop is one of them.

Vinny T launches into the abyss with no margin for error and even less interest in playing it safe.

⏰ Watch time - 11 min 31 sec

Bonus: You could play this edit muted and still hear tires screaming.

Raph, Jerome, and Matteo are back, and they brought an entire season’s worth of style in just a few minutes.

The speed is terrifying, the steeze is surgical, and somewhere, a trail builder is crying tears of both pride and horror.

⏰ Watch time - 02 min 44 sec

YT Industries Begins Restructuring Under Self-Administration

YT Industries just pulled the emergency brake after nearly two decades of pushing freeride dreams and direct-to-consumer disruption.

Founder and CEO Markus Flossmann confirmed that the German brand is entering a court-supervised, self-administered restructuring process in a bid to regain financial traction and attract new investment.

“This isn’t an easy step,” Flossmann said in a video statement, “but it’s necessary to actively shape the future of the brand.”

From Game-Changer to Survival Mode

YT launched 17 years ago with a mission to make high-performance bikes accessible to younger, budget-conscious riders.

Since then, it’s grown into a global force with a deep cultural footprint in freeride and DH, sponsoring names like Vali Höll, Dylan Stark, and Brett Tippie.

The brand didn’t just sell bikes. It sold a vision of sending it harder for less.

But in the post-pandemic bike industry, hype hasn’t paid the bills.

Global discounting wars, warehouse overstock, shaky U.S. tariffs, and supply chain chokeholds have left even the most recognizable brands scrambling.

Despite Flossmann’s return to the CEO seat last year, cutting costs, clearing inventory, and prepping new launches, the math still wasn’t adding up.

What This Means for Riders

So what happens now?

Officially, YT is restructuring under court supervision while remaining fully operational.

Customer service is still live, warranties still honored, and yes, new bikes are allegedly still on schedule.

North America’s arm of the business is business-as-usual.

But for fans of YT’s freeride DNA, the elephant in the chat thread is: what about the team? Vali Höll, Dylan Stark, Brett Tippie, these aren’t just riders, they’re walking marketing campaigns.

And right now, they’re likely reading the same press release we are.

Is This a Bailout or a Bounce Back?

Flossmann says this isn’t the end, it’s a reboot.

Talks are ongoing with new investors, and he’s calling this “the beginning of a new chapter.”

That’s a bold claim when your bank account just hit low power mode, but we respect the hustle.

Whether YT comes back stronger or just survives the fiscal bruising, one thing’s clear: freeride without YT would be weird.

The industry needs a brand bold enough to sponsor trail hooligans and still call it strategy.

For now, we’ll wait, watch, and keep rooting for the comeback.

Because if anyone deserves a second lap, it’s the crew that made budget bangers cool in the first place.
